PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION PRACTICES
The General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD), which come into force on 25 May 2018, define the principles to be respected when collecting, processing and storing personal data. They also guarantee the rights of the persons concerned.

PRINCIPLE 1: PURPOSE
The purpose of collecting data on the https://urbasee.com website is to create a file for managing Artefacto's prospects and customers. This file is used for statistical purposes, and to contact and/or propose relevant content to contacts.

PRINCIPLE 5: DATA SECURITY AND PROCESSING (ART. 32 OF THE GPDR)
The data collected on the https://urbasee.com website and the associated processing are hosted by the company Artefacto. Only persons linked to the technical, marketing and sales departments of the company Artefacto and its subcontractors have access to the information collected on the Urbasee website and this, via a personal and unique identifier to the marketing platform Automation Plezi and the platform of the website WordPress.
We implement all necessary security measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorised access and unauthorised disclosure, alteration, damage or destruction of the data we hold.

In case of violation or suspicion of violation of personal data, Artefacto and its subcontractors will notify the CNIL, 72 hours at the latest, after having taken cognizance of it.
